Rothman was a 15,000SF full floor renovation, including the relocation of two medical practices to other floors within the building. The scope included demolition back to a dark shell and the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems. The construction included new administration areas, exam rooms, (2) X-ray rooms and various staff and support areas.

A 4,000 SF Urgent Care Facility for Jefferson Health was constructed in an existing cold dark shell. Structural modification of the roof structure for new Mechanical systems was designed and installed by QBD Construction, Inc. The work included new Administration, employee and exam/treatment areas, plus a New X-ray room.
New Ocean Health Solutions
This project was a renovation of approximately 8,500 SF in the Eight Tower Bridge building, Conshohocken, PA. It included full demolition and the construction of new partitions and finishes to the Company's prototype.
Newmark Knight Frank
Newmark was a new 10,412SF in an existing vacant shell. The project included new mechanical systems from core boiler systems, new electrical services and metering, the modification of the fire protection system and extension of plumbing. The project includes welcome areas, executive offices, conference areas and staff support.
ENT Associates of Chester County
This project was a renovation of a vacant space in an commercial development in Exton Chester County. It consisted of a full demolition, modification of electrical and mechanical systems and complete new construction to house an expansion of ENT of Chester County. The space contained reception, administration offices, exam rooms, audiology booths and employee areas.
Women's Specialty of Bucks County
Women's Specialty of Bucks County is a 10,000 SF facility located in the St Clare Building on the campus of St Mary Medical Center. The project was constructed in a vacant tenant area and consisted new tenant mechanical and electrical systems and a complete new fit-out. The space contains exam rooms, staff areas and administration areas.
This project was the construction of a new 29,436 SF packaging area within Estee Lauder’s existing facility. The work included structural roof reinforcing for (2) new 40 packaged rooftop units; and compressed air processing piping, electrical modifications to serve the packaging equipment. In addition to the structural and mechanical modifications, a new room was constructed to isolate the packaging room from other operations within the building. The work was closely coordinated with Estee staff as not to cause disruption to the daily operations of the plant.
Health Market Science
This project consisted of a 25,000 SF expansion. The required demolition included the removal of a large, data center and its supporting mechanical and electrical systems. The contemporary design required grinding the existing concrete floor of the reception and main corridors to expose the concrete aggregate. The areas were stained to s specified pattern and sealed. The project was completed and integrated with the Owner’s existing space.
